SET UP TIME AND TEAR DOWN TIME

Set up time and tear down time for the photobooth typically takes around 15 – 20 minutes.

What happens if technical difficulty occurs, and the technician is unable to solve it, resulting inability to fulfill service

Full refund will be issued within 48 hours.

Rate for idle hours

Idle hours are 35/ hour.

Damages and Liability

Clients are responsible for their guest’s behaviour. Damages to computers and equipments ( excluding photo booth props ) caused by event guest will be charged to clients.

How much space is needed

In general,  a 10′x 10′ table will be sufficient; however, the set up can scale down to as small as 6′ × 8′ if necessary. We have done events in smaller spaces, we will try our best to fit into your venue.

What happens to the photos taken?

We deliver high resolution downloads for all of our clients. Enjoy the watermark-free high resolution jpg for years to come.

What if my event is outdoors?

Not a problem, but we do prefer to know ahead of time, so we can prepare for logistics and equipment for it. We do require a longer set up time for it.

Do you offer private galleries?

Yes, private galleries are just an extra $50 for 6 months subscription.

Do you provide props?

All packages comes with a box of prop at no cost at all. The prop box comes with hats, glasses, masks and many more. If you want customized props please tell us and we would love to work with you.

Do you offer on site printing?

Focus booth offers unlimited instant printing on all of our packages. Our standard print option is double 2×6 photo strips with 4 images and custom text or logo, reminiscent of traditional photobooths, or even with 4R photos with 3 – 4 photos complimenting custom designs and logos.

Do you provide backdrops?

Yes, we have a variety of backdrops. Feel free to contact us to see which backdrops are currently available. We also offer step and repeat custom backdrops with additional charges.

Do you offer scrapbooks ?

We offer very unique scrapbooks that can be customized for your guests to leave a memory at the event. We will provide the album, extra pages, pens, glue and other fun accessories to make the scrapbook. You are more than welcome to bring your own scrapbook!
